Pastry chef Rita Sabbag is best known for her mastery of baking. She is often referred to as "Mrs. Delicious Cakes" and owns several franchises around the world.

Throughout Her career at Impressive Designs, she released a 22-volume book called Dessert Masters by Rita. She also released three cookbooks, one of which earned a 2002 James Beard Award nomination, and hosted a two-year Food Network series called Cakes & Desserts with Rita.
In 2008, She expanded her business to several counties France and Canada. Eventually, she went on to open seven shops, including two chocolate factories and an ice cream shop

Now a famous and world-recognized figure, Rita regularly participates in culinary events, including guest appearances on television shows and national expositions.
